The City of Henderson says it operates 77 parks, and its lit trails are open 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The city’s project data, as of September 28, 2026, lists the next phase of Mountain Lake Park as on hold, with a due date of June 2033. A due date on a hold is not a promise, so ask the city before you count on it.

For prices, pull recent sales from the Clark County Assessor. Compare the same kind of numbers on both sides, such as recorded sales against recorded sales.
