This Privacy Policy explains how Real Estate Concierge Network (RECN Group), led by Nate Smith, a licensed real estate agent with eXp Realty in Nevada ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information on recngroup.com.

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you type into our forms, home valuation requests, chat or questionnaires.
  • Property activity: homes and areas you search, view or save on our listing search.
  • Automatic information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity.

How we use information

  • To answer your questions and provide real estate services you ask for.
  • To send listings, market updates and follow-ups you request, by email, phone or text. Calls and texts are sent only with your consent; reply STOP to any text to opt out.
  • To understand how our website is used and improve its content.
  • To meet legal, licensing and MLS requirements.

How we share information

  • Service providers that run our website and client database (Lofty), analytics (Google, Microsoft) and communications, only to provide their service to us.
  • Our brokerage, eXp Realty, as required for real estate transactions and compliance.
  • When required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We do not sell your personal information.

Google services and Google API data

Our internal tools use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, PageSpeed Insights and the Google Ads API (Keyword Planner) to measure our own website's search performance and research keyword demand for our content. These tools access data about our own website and accounts only; they do not access, collect or store data from your Google account. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
