Taylor Morrison, Beazer Homes, Pulte Homes, Lennar, Toll Brothers, Richmond American and Blue Heron are the builder names on the new-home list the Lake Las Vegas community site showed on 9 October 2026, plus Del Webb under its own name and custom lots on The Island.
At a glance
- Most communities name one builder.
- Del Webb’s own page marks three plans “SOLD OUT”. The community site’s home page says Lake Las Vegas is “welcoming its only new townhome community currently selling within the 3,600-acre master plan”. That line does not name the community, so confirm with the builder which community it means.
- Starting prices on the index run from “From the mid $400,000’s” to “From the high $1 million”, and custom lots say “Price upon request”.
- Every price here is a starting point the community site printed, not a price you’d pay for a particular home.

Arvada, Del Webb, Incanta Lago, Lago Del Sol, Lakeview Ridge, Piazza Paradiso, Portofino, Salerno Summit, Shoreline, Velaris, Verona and Westlight are the communities the new homes index listed on 9 October 2026. Here they are A to Z by community name, each with the builder as the site names it:
- Arvada by Blue Heron
- Del Webb (the card names Del Webb and no separate builder)
- Incanta Lago by Toll Brothers
- Lago Del Sol by Lennar
- Lakeview Ridge (the card names no builder)
- Piazza Paradiso by Lennar
- Portofino by Taylor Morrison
- Salerno Summit by Richmond American
- Shoreline by Blue Heron
- Velaris by Blue Heron
- Verona by Beazer Homes
- Verona by Taylor Morrison
- Westlight by Pulte Homes
- Custom lots on The Island, listed last because they’re lots, not a builder’s community
Heads up: The Del Webb page marks the Brownstone, Silver Creek and Tifton Walk plans “SOLD OUT”. The community site’s home page carried a news item titled “Taylor Morrison’s Verona in Lake Las Vegas nears sell-out”, with no date. Check current availability with the builder before you plan around any one plan.
Verona: one name, two builders
Two communities on the list share the name Verona, and the index prices them the same: “From the High $400,000’s” for both. Their own pages tell a more detailed story.
| Verona builder | Plans listed and prices ($, as printed) |
|---|---|
| Beazer Homes | 3 plans, “From” $499,990, $524,990 and $569,990 |
| Taylor Morrison | 5 plans, “Starting at” $490,990 to $534,990 |

If you search for “Verona” alone, check which builder’s page you’re on. Plan names, plan counts and prices belong to one builder or the other.

What the community site lists, by price
Starting prices differ widely between communities. They run from the mid $400,000’s for Del Webb and Westlight to the high $1 million for Arvada, so each community needs its own price check. The table runs from the lowest starting price to the highest; the words in the last column are the site’s own.
| Community and builder as listed | Price as printed |
|---|---|
| Del Webb, not named separately | “From the mid $400,000’s” |
| Westlight, Pulte Homes | “From the mid $400,000s” |
| Verona, Taylor Morrison | “From the High $400,000’s” |
| Verona, Beazer Homes | “From the High $400,000’s” |
| Portofino, Taylor Morrison | “From the mid $500,000’s” |
| Lago Del Sol, Lennar | “Starting from the high $500,000’s” |
| Piazza Paradiso, Lennar | “Starting from the low $700,000’s” |
| Incanta Lago, Toll Brothers | “From the mid $900,000’s” |
| Lakeview Ridge, not named on the card | “From the mid $900,000’s” |
| Shoreline, Blue Heron | “From the high $900,000s” |
| Salerno Summit, Richmond American | “From the low $1 million” |
| Velaris, Blue Heron | “From the low $1 million” |
| Arvada, Blue Heron | “From the high $1 million” |
| Custom lots on The Island | “Price upon request” |

The Blue Heron Landing page lists two developments: Shoreline and Strata. That page shows no price, count, or date.
The Del Webb page shows a wider spread than its index line. Its plans are “Priced from” $434,990 up to “Priced from” $820,990 for the Voyage plan.
Tip: Buy now or wait is a question none of these figures settle. They are starting prices on one day, and they don’t forecast anything. Ask each builder for the current price list for the plan you like, then ask a lender what that price means as a monthly payment.
Townhomes, two-story homes and custom lots

Each of these gets a different description on the community site. Listed by starting price, lowest first, with custom lots last:
- Del Webb: The Del Webb page describes a 55+ community of single-story homes with twelve floor plans.
- Westlight by Pulte Homes: Plans are priced “From” $464,990 and “From” $481,990.
- Verona by Taylor Morrison: Five plans, each “Starting at”, from $490,990 to $534,990.
- Verona by Beazer Homes: “A collection of 56 thoughtfully designed two-story homes featuring open-concept layouts and spacious homesites and included solar”.
- Custom lots on The Island: The index lists them with “Price upon request”. Ask for lot details directly.

What to ask before you choose a builder

Ask the builder these questions in this order, from first call to contract.
- Which plans are still available today? (Del Webb already marks three as “SOLD OUT”.)
- Which plan does the “from” price describe, and what does it leave out?
- Is solar included on the plan I’m choosing? (The Verona by Beazer Homes page says “included solar”.)
- Which homesites or lots are open, and what do they cost?
- When was this price list last updated?
- What does the contract commit me to, and what can change before closing?
